Vaishnavi believes that everyone is different, and so are their feelings, ideas, and actions. She acknowledges that there isn't just one way to live life and that every feeling is valid. She believes that healing begins naturally when individuals are given a safe, non-judgemental space that fosters free expression. For her, deciding to go to therapy is a brave step toward personal growth, self-awareness, and significant transformations.
Vaishnavi got her Master's degree in Health Psychology from the University of Bath in the UK, where she learned more about stress-related disorders, hormonal effects on mood, body image issues, challenges with self-esteem and health issues, including obesity, diabetes, PCOS, and anxiety and depression connected to the thyroid. These experiences made her even more interested in the mind-body link and how long-term stress might affect health in general.
Vaishnavi takes a comprehensive, client-centered approach and tailors her techniques to each person. Her approach uses evidence-based methods, including mindfulness practices, gratitude journaling, and organized intervention planning. She believes that ethical practice, monitoring, and ongoing learning are important for providing accountable and effective therapy.
Vaishnavi puts calm and self-care before her job. She likes to cook for loved ones, take walks at sunset, listen to calming music, read spiritual mantras on stressful days, and write before bed, a grounding activity that she finds particularly calming. She always believes that therapists must represent the emotional health and self-awareness they encourage in their clients.
Vaishnavi provides a systematic, compassionate, and evidence-based approach, walking alongside individuals as they progress toward emotional health, clarity, and resilience.
