Many individuals struggle with irritability, frustration, impulsive reactions, resentment, or difficulty expressing emotions in constructive ways.
MindTribe is pleased to introduce a free 12-week online Anger Management Support Group designed to help participants better understand their emotions and develop healthier ways of responding to life's challenges.
The group will meet every Friday from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM (IST) through an online platform, making it accessible to participants across India and around the world.
Facilitated by experienced psychologists from MindTribe, this group will explore evidence-based strategies for identifying triggers, understanding the underlying causes of anger, improving emotional regulation, strengthening communication skills, and developing practical techniques to manage stress and conflict more effectively.
This group is ideal for individuals who wish to gain greater control over their reactions, improve their relationships, and cultivate a greater sense of emotional balance and resilience.
Participation is completely free, but prior registration is required as seats may be limited.
