Disha is a (RCI-approved) licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 6 years of experience. She specialises in adult and adolescent psychology, committed to enhancing patients’ well-being through evidence-based practices. Disha has extensive experience in conducting various psychological assessments, such as IQ, Personality (and Projective), which enables her to gain deeper insights into an individual’s mental functioning. In her therapeutic methodology, she considers the establishment of rapport to be a crucial initial step, complemented by a compassionate and non-judgmental attitude throughout the entirety of an individual’s treatment journey. She views therapy as a collaborative process between a psychologist and the client, adapting treatment plans in accordance with the needs expressed during
sessions.

She has gained valuable experience collaborating with individuals from diverse cultures and backgrounds, addressing a range of mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, and grief, among others. She holds the belief that each person is distinct and, as a result, necessitates a customised therapeutic intervention plan designed specifically for their wellbeing. She possesses a spiritual nature, which fosters her belief in living simply while thinking deeply. Her interests encompass meditation, cooking, singing, and playing musical instruments.
